The Brigantia Learning Trust was established as a multi-academy trust in April 2013 and built upon a core vision to change and enhance life chances.
Borne out of the success of Hinde House 3-16 School, the Trust now comprises six academies: Wincobank Nursery and Infant Academy, Concord Junior Academy, Hinde House Academy, Yewlands Academy and Longley Park Sixth Form. Academies work together collaboratively to create opportunities and enrichment within and beyond the classroom, so that every pupil and student is provided with a platform from which to succeed, and to achieve their shared mission of Creating Excellence Together.
As the first 2-19 Academy Trust in Sheffield, the Trust takes great pride in its ability to offer a seamless transition throughout every young learners educational journey. All academies are situated within 5 kilometres of one another, and regularly engage in shared projects and initiatives in order to share best practice and strengthen partnership.
