Concord Junior School

Year 3 Science Week

To celebrate British Science Week, Year 3 have taken part in several science experiments.

They looked at what happens when you add water to skittles. The children discussed fair testing and discovered that when you add warm water to skittles, the sugar dissolves quickly, the colour runs out and forms a pattern.

Pupils also constructed their own towers from newspapers to enter a whole school competition.
