Additional data to access learning resources
We appreciate the difficulty families have in accessing the wide range of learning platforms and resources our academies offer due to a lack of data or slow access speeds. While we are doing all we can as a Trust to help, data is something we are unable to provide directly.
We have a limited number of Vodafone sim cards loaded with data that can be provided to students with access to an unlocked smartphone or data router. For more information, please contact your academy.
Further to this, the Department For Education, in partnership with mobile providers are offering additional data to eligible students until the end of the academic year (31st July 2021).
This data is added to your existing mobile contract or Pay as you Go sim, usable on a mobile phone or tethered to another device such as tablets and laptops.
Providers currently offering additional data are:
· EE
· O2
· Sky Mobile
· SMARTY
· Tesco Mobile
· Three
· Virgin Mobile
· Vodafone
The amount of data being offered varies depending on the provider, more information can be found here: Provider Offer
